I had the Rockshox forks installed on my NCM e-bike, along with some routine maintenance, and I want to give a big thanks to James for his excellent work and professionalism. It's been two months since then, and I've had absolutely no issues or problems whatsoever while riding my Prague. It's worth mentioning that with the air forks, the bike feels completely transformed, riding silently and smoothly. Thank you so much.

We have found the team at Bunbury Cycles to provide excellent customer service. Recently had issues with older style electronic gears on my bike. The problem was diagnosed and the boys were able to use their experience in the bike industry to source parts that weren't readily available anymore and get me back on the road with a minimum of fuss. These guys gave me some of the best service I've had in a while in Bunbury. They went out of their way to share knowledge to help me find what I needed and even to test before buying. I was treated like I was important. Then I went back and got a helmet - more good knowlege imparted as to requirements. I have been telling all to go here. A quaint old shop filled with a mix of just the types of people you need that show a love for what they do and knack of connecting to people.
