Great services and great value.

We have found the team at Bunbury Cycles to provide excellent customer service. Recently had issues with older style electronic gears on my bike. The problem was diagnosed and the boys were able to use their experience in the bike industry to source parts that weren't readily available anymore and get me back on the road with a minimum of fuss. Keep up the great work Matthew, Darryl and Sir Ken.

These guys gave me some of the best service I've had in a while in Bunbury. They went out of their way to share knowledge to help me find what I needed and even to test before buying. I was treated like I was important. Then I went back and got a helmet - more good knowlege imparted as to requirements. I have been telling all to go here. A quaint old shop filled with a mix of just the types of people you need that show a love for what they do and knack of connecting to people.

Iam still bowled over by the excellent service and thoughtfulness Ireceived when looking at buying an e-tricycle a few months ago. Lookingaround Bunbury at various cycle shops, Bunbury Cycles stood out headand shoulders above other places; the fellows at BC could not have beenmore helpful, taking me out twice to the nearby carpark to familiarisemyself with the 3-wheeler, explaining details, pointing out possibleawkward spots on the pathway and just generally so helpful to an oldlady!! On top of all this, their price was considerably lower, andthere was the reassurance that they were to help if I have anydifficulties at any time. Now that I'm used to my trike, and it iscompletely different to a 2-wheeler, I absolutely love it. Outstanding level of service from the team at Bunbury Cycles. If you are looking for a trustworthy and experienced bike shop this is the place. Darryl and Mop know their stuff and their work is second to none. My Giant road bike is like brand new after Bunbury Cycles worked their magic on it. Highly recommend for all cycling needs.

Friendly, prompt, helpful, reasonably priced. I called them a little before noon about repairing my son's bicycle. They replaced the tube for me within 5 hours and only charged me $20. Great service, thanks!
